· Select the Equipment for service
· Select New Work Order

A Work Order form will be displayed.
A Work Order number is generated,
continue to fill the fields optionally,
The Work order is automatically saved.

· To print out a hard copy click on Print WO

After a Work Order or Service is completed
· Click on the Add Detail/Complete
· Select The Action field
· Select The employee field

It will automatically place a Time Stamp to close the Work Order.  Enter the Cost if any
· Check Mark Completed
Enter Notes if Necessary
And hit Save
