Picture Selection: insert as many pictures as needed and print it with the PM procedure form

Enter your images with any camera, scanner or graphic utility software. (not supplied with MMS5)

Procedure: Select or highlight the equipment that will hold this pictures, then click on the Graphic tab,
Click on Add , select the file path you created to hold this pictures, the Windows explorer will show up for your selection.
Click on the file with the picture content, give this picture a name by typing it in the field File name:
Click on the Open button and the picture is moved to the graphic path.
By clicking on the imported picture it will move the selected picture to the screen area.

Example: A picture name picture is stored by example: in you drive C: under c:\file\yourpicture.bmp to incorporate this file in your data base select the Graphic tab and click on Add , the Windows explorer will show up for your selection. Click on the file with the picture content, give this picture a name by typing it in the field File name: Click on the Open button and the picture is moved to the graphic path, you may insert as many pictures as you needed. This pictures can be added when selected in the PM Schedule,  tab Notes and images
